Tim came to South Shore Nursing and Rehabilitation after a short stay in the hospital from an extended illness looking to get stronger and get back home. With the assistance of our wonderful therapy team and the rest of the amazing Care Team, Tim met and exceeded his rehab goals and learned how to be safe in his own environment to maintain his independence!
