South Shore Nursing and Rehabilitation is excited to shine the spotlight on resident Jane Hurn’s Success Story!

Jane came to South Shore Nursing & Rehabilitation after having a knee replacement. Her ultimate goal was to rehabilitate and heal as fast as possible so she could return to home. After working with our Physical and Occupational therapists, we are proud to announce that Jane completed all of her rehabilitation programs and has successfully transitioned back home! Congratulations to Jane and her Care Team on their success!
